Set on a ridge in a private concession in a quiet and less visited part of the Chobe River, Muchenje Safari Lodge has comfortable cottage style accommodation. The lodge is owner managed ensuring guests receive warm, personalised service in a welcoming, intimate atmosphere.
Activities include walking safaris and game drives in search of elephants, buffalo, lions and leopards. Boat excursions provide the chance to observe hippos and vast numbers of birds. Local village visits can also be arranged. The outdoor swimming pool and sun deck set amongst rocks are spacious with panoramic views. There is a shop and a library on site. Delicious African cuisine is served in the main dining room and themed dinners are arranged by the friendly staff.
