Along a hillside overlooking the Pacuare River, this unique lodge sits amidst exotic rainforest and isolated valleys. Accessible only by raft, 4X4, or on horseback, this lodge is a remote getaway and base from which to explore the Pacuare river as it plunges through some of Central America’s last untouched tropical rain forest.

Pacuare River Lodge can be an overnight stopping off point on a journey down the Pacuare River or a destination in itself. The Pacuare River passes through miles of untouched rain forest with spectacular views and abundant wildlife. Many parts are accessible only by raft. As a base the lodge offers access to the river and rainforest around and its remote location provides an escape from many 21st century stresses whilst enjoying wholesome food in a healthy environment.
