Mihingo Lodge is located in southern Uganda on the eastern border of Lake Mburo National Park with superb views of the valley below, the sunsets and Lake Mburo. The lodge is a good stop over en route to gorilla viewing.
Game drives and bush walks on the reserve provide opportunities to see a variety of antelope and mammals, as well as hippo and crocodiles in the lake. Boat cruises and night drives can be arranged.
The luxury lodge has its own infinity pool and below is a waterhole which provides great armchair game viewing. Guests can relax in the dining area made of rocks with a thatched roof and enjoy local cuisine while taking in the panoramic views.
