Located in the mountains of Cordoba, Argentina, the estancia has extensive grounds including a working farm and two polo fields. It was modelled on Argentine ranches and is decorated with specially selected furniture and objets d’art.
El Colibri is a horse lovers paradise. Guests can ride or learn to ride or play polo. Guests can also experience farm life – collecting eggs, milking cows or picking vegetables and fruits for dinner – or learn how to prepare typical meals, including the Argentine asado on embers.
