Days 1 and 2: London to Windhoek

Fly overnight to Windhoek via Johannesburg.

Days 2 and 3: Windhoek | Meals: Breakfast.

Two days to explore Namibia’s capital city. Time enough to visit Alte Feste and State Museum, tracing Namibia’s history, and The National Botanical Garden, with landscape gardens showcasing Namibia’s different habitats.

Day 4: Windhoek to Sossusvlei

Transfer to Sossusvlei.

Days 4 to 6: Sossusvlei | Meals: All inclusive

Journey through sweeping expanses of dramatic sand dunes taking in breathtaking views. Even in this hot, arid environment flora and fauna have adapted and ostrich, springbok, hyena and foxes can all to be seen on guided nature walks.

Day 7: Sossusvlei to Swakopmund

Short drive to Swakopmund.

Days 7 to 9: Swakopmund | Meals: Breakfast.

Swakopmund is Namibia’s main beach resort with watersports and more adventurous activities including dune bike riding and sandboarding available. Swakopmund is also a good place to buy African artefacts.

Day 10: Swakopmund to Twyfelfontein

Scenic drive to Twyfelfontein.

Days 10 and 11: Twyfelfontein | Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

Twyfelfontein is a world heritage site with remarkable galleries of rock engravings depicting an extraordinary diversity of wild animals engraved over a period of 2,000 years by local San people.

Day 12: Twyfelfontein to Etosha National Park

Short drive to Etosha.

Days 12 to 14: Etosha National Park | Meals: Breakfast and Dinner

One of Africa’s best game reserves. This area is famed for its white sand salt pans teeming with over 340 bird species and large herds of zebra, giraffe, springbok and elephants as well as secretive black rhino, best observed at waterholes.

Day 15: Etosha to Windhoek to London

Transfer to Windhoek for overnight flight to London via Johannesburg.

Day 16: London

Arrive in London.
