Days 1 and 2 : London to Guatemala City
Fly overnight to Guatemala City, the capital city.
Days 2 and 3 : Antigua | Meals : Breakfast
On arrival in Guatemala City transfer to Antigua, described by some as the most beautiful town in the world. You have two days to get to know this colonial town with its cobbled streets, Indian markets and enticing restaurants.
Day 4 : Antigua to Lake Atitlan
Transfer to Lake Atitlan. En route stop in Chichicastenango, known for its colourful market.
Days 4 and 5 : Lake Atitlan | Meals : Breakfast

Day 6 : Lake Atitlan to Pacific Coast
Drive and boat trip from Lake Atitlan to Pacific Coast.

Day 8 : Pacific Coast to Peten/ Tikal
Drive from Pacific Coast to Guatemala City for short flight to Peten.

Tikal was once the Mayan capital city. Your private guide will take you round one of the largest Mayan archaeological sites known, with ruins overgrown by rain forest awaiting your discovery. You will also have time to explore the area further perhaps taking in the romantic archaeological site of Yaxha/ Topoxte as well.
Day 10 : Peten to Guatemala City
An evening flight back to Guatemala City where you spend the night before returning home.
Day 11 : Guatemala City to London | Meals : Breakfast
Overnight flight from Guatemala City to London.
